Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule

Eligible for: Complete refund excluding service charges

Service Charge: €50 for card payments

24-72 Hours Prior to Charter
Eligible for: Half of the total charter expense

Service Charge: €25 subtracted from the refund amount

Eligible for: Unable to offer a refund
Exception: Urgent situations may be taken into account
Alternative: Voucher for future charter possibily extended at discretion

Cancellations Due to Weather
Weather Guarantee
Our primary concern is safety. Should charter conditions become hazardous weather-wise as determined by our authorized captain, several alternatives are provided:
- Complete Refund: Issued if schedule adjustments are unfeasible
- Rebook: Move your reservation to an alternative date with no extra fee
- Charter Voucher: Issued, valid for one year from the date of the original reservation
Procedure for Weather Evaluation
We employ the following criteria for weather assessments:
- Analysis of wind intensity and orientation
- Assessment of swells and overall sea conditions
- Forecast of visibility and precipitation
- Notifications and alerts from the Coast Guard
- Expert safety judgement from the voyage captain
Decision-Making Timeline: Cancellations due to weather are generally determined a minimum of 4 hours ahead of the designated departure time.
Refunds in Medical Emergencies
Special Consideration Instances
It is clear to us that medical emergencies can occur unexpectedly. Situations that might be eligible for special consideration encompass:
- Impromptu disease or injury necessitating hospital care
- Passing of a direct family member
- Immediate military orders or summons
- Legal obligations such as jury duty or subpoenas
- Natural catastrophes impeding travel

To process requests for emergency-related refunds, we ask for the following documentation:
- Medical validation or documentation from the hospital
- Official death notice, if relevant

Refund Action: Requests linked to emergencies are typically processed in a 3-5 business day window following the receipt of the requisite documentation.
Cancellations Due to Operations
Technical Difficulties
Should the designated vessel hit technical snags that are unfixable, the subsequent procedures will take place:
- Different Vessel: We will seek a comparable yacht for your charter
- Full Refund: In the absence of an appropriate substitute
- Partial Refund: If replacement vessel has dissimilar pricing
- Compensation: We may extend additional compensation for the inconvenience
Crew Issues
In the event that certified crew members are unavailable:
- Replacement crew will be sought as an alternative
- Complete refund if charter cannot proceed
- Possibility of rescheduling without additional fees

The method through which refunds are transferred is the same one utilized for the original reservation:
- Credit Card Transactions: 5-7 business days
- Bank Wire Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Cash or Check Payments: 3-5 business days

- Validity Period: Credits are valid for a span of 12 months after being issued
- Non-exchangeable: Vouchers cannot be transferred to others
- Valuation: Equal to the full value of the charter without any deductions
- Utilization: Applicable towards any accessible charter offering
- Expiration: No extensions beyond the 12-month limit
Refunds for Partial Services Rendered
Incomplete or Interrupted Services
In instances where your charter experience is abbreviated or disrupted due to internally controllable factors:
- A refund prorated to the portion of the service not utilized
- Credit equivalent to future charters of comparable value
- Complimentary offers or upgrades may be provided
Guest-Caused Disruptions
If the charter is cut short ahead of schedule because of conduct by guests or breaches of safety guidelines:
- Unused service time will not be refunded
- Whole payment is still obligatory
- Extra fees might be imposed
