When should I reserve?
To secure your booking, it's best to reserve 2–3 weeks prior, and even more so during the high season from May to September. For business events and private parties, reserving 4–6 weeks beforehand is advised to ensure availability and allow for personalized arrangements.
What's the protocol for adverse weather?
Prioritizing safety, we may reschedule your trip to a later date or issue a full refund if the captain finds the weather conditions to be hazardous. We closely track meteorological reports and will reach out if there's potential concern 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
May I bring my own refreshments?
Certainly, guests are permitted to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages aboard. We also offer a variety of catering services customizable to your preferences. Please note that for safety purposes, glassware is not allowed on the yachts.
Do you accommodate guests with reduced mobility?
Our aim is to welcome all passengers. While certain vessels are more accessible than others, we encourage you to get in touch with us regarding particular requirements and we will suggest the most suitable vessel and make the necessary arrangements.
What is your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations made over 72 hours before departure, a full refund is assured. Refunds of 50% are provided for cancellations occurring within 24 to 72 hours prior to departure. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure will not be refunded unless due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues from our end.
