Welcome to CentralServiceNexus ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our yacht charter services and website located at centralservicenexus.top (the "Service") operated by CentralServiceNexus.
By booking a charter or accessing our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Service Overview
CentralServiceNexus offers upscale yacht charter services, which include but are not restricted to:
- Daily yacht rentals
- Sunset cruises
- Corporate retreats
- Private events
- Multi-day charters
Service availability is subject to change, and may be affected by factors like weather. We may alter or cease services without notice.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
For a charter reservation, you are required to:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide truthful and comprehensive details
- Pay the stipulated deposit as indicated in the booking confirmation
- Consent to these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Confirmation of your reservation occurs upon payment and issuance of our written acknowledgment. We hold the discretion to decline service to anyone.
3.3 Availability
Charter services are contingent upon the availability of vessels and favorable weather. We'll endeavor to accommodate your requested dates and times as feasibly as possible.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
Quotations for services are given in € and are inclusive of relevant taxes, except where specified otherwise. We retain the right to change prices at any given time.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: You're required to pay 50% of the full charter cost during booking
- Balance: Payable 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the charter
- Any additional fees (if applicable): Payable after the charter completion
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept various forms of payment including major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques. Payments are processed using secure, encrypted channels.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 72 hours prior to departure: Full refund minus transaction fees
- 24-72 hours before departure: 50% of total cost refunded
- Less than 24 hours prior to departure: Non-refundable
5.2 Weather Cancellations
Should unsafe weather conditions arise, as determined by our captain, we will propose to:
- Reschedule your charter without extra charges, subject to availability
- Issue a full refund if rescheduling isn't feasible
5.3 Mechanical Failures
In case of mechanical issues with your allocated vessel, we'll strive to arrange a suitable replacement. If this is impossible, a complete reimbursement will be offered.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Regulations
All guests must:
- Comply with instructions from the crew
- Adorn safety gear when required
- Inform of any health conditions affecting their safety
- Stay within permitted areas on the vessel
6.2 Prohibited Materials
Certain items are not allowed on board:
- Glassware
- Illegal materials
- Weapons
- Excess non-alcoholic beverages (beyond reasonable personal consumption)
- Pets (unless consent is granted beforehand)
6.3 Behavior
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. Any conduct posing a safety threat or disrupting other guests may lead to termination of the charter without a refund.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our accountability is capped at the payment you made for the charter, excluding:
- Injuries incurred due to the passenger's own neglect
- Loss or damages to personal belongings
- Indirect or punitive damages as an aftermath
- Delays from weather or situations not in our control
7.2 Insurance Policy
We have substantial marine insurance policies covering our fleet and operational activities. It's your responsibility to secure your travel and private insurance.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
By participating in our charters, you recognize the inherent risks of marine engagements and take responsibility for your safety and well-being.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Shifts
Itinerary alterations, route adjustments, or timetable variations may be made in light of weather, security, or operational considerations. Efforts will be made to supply equivalent alternative experiences.
9. Force Majeure
We will not be held accountable for alterations, cancellations, or deviations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government ordinances
- Port blockages
- Vessel malfunctions
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your private information is managed in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you agree to the gathering and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
The intellectual content found on our website, such as texts, graphics, symbols, and photographs, is safeguarded by copyright and trademark regulations. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or the making of derivative works is prohibited without our official consent.
12. Governing Law
